Your licence
CyCast is produced by centram. The app is licensed to your account for personal or internal business use on up to the number of Macs stated at checkout, normally two signed in at once. CyCast is closed source. You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the app or share your account to exceed its Mac limit.
Subscription and offline use
Payment covers updates released during your paid period. Covered major.minor versions and their patches keep working after cancellation or expiry. An online licence check is required at least every 30 days. Cancellation stops the next renewal. A full refund or lost chargeback removes the coverage granted by that paid period at the next licence check.
Models and other software
Models are supplied by third parties under their own licences. Read and comply with the model licence and any acceptable use policy before downloading or using it. Llama 3.2 requires acceptance of its Community Licence and acceptable use policy. Third-party notices supplied with CyCast govern the bundled open-source components; this EULA does not restrict rights those licences grant.
Your work and responsibilities
Your prompts, replies and recordings stay on your Mac. Model output can be inaccurate; check it before relying on it. You are responsible for the content you supply and how you use output. This licence gives no ownership of third-party models.
Consumer rights
Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law requires. For any warranty, refund or cancellation right required by law, that law takes priority over this EULA and the stated refund policy. Terms of Sale and the Refund policy explain payment, renewal and cancellation.
