Payments and cancellation
Payments are final. CyCast offers no voluntary refunds, including for cancellation part way through a paid year. Cancel stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains available until its end. This policy does not limit refunds, withdrawal rights or remedies that applicable law requires.
Stripe support
Stripe's Link support handles Managed Payments payment questions and may grant a refund under its own policy, including legally required refunds. Use the order management or support link in your Stripe receipt. A full refund or lost chargeback removes that period's version coverage at the next licence check; earlier paid periods remain. A partial refund keeps coverage.
