Your subscription
CyCast costs CA$20 per year for up to 2 Macs signed in at once. Verified mail.utoronto.ca accounts pay CA$5 per year while eligible; eligibility is checked before each renewal. Your final price and currency are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. The subscription renews automatically every year until you cancel. No trial or free tier is offered. Updates released during each paid period are included; features offered separately may require a separate one-time purchase.
Cancellation and retained access
Sign in to your account and select Cancel, or use Link order management. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Resume turns renewal back on before that date. After expiry, Renew starts a new yearly subscription at the price shown. Covered versions and their patches keep working after expiry, with a successful online licence check at least every 30 days. A failed renewal adds no new paid period or version coverage. No voluntary prorated refund is offered.
Payment and delivery
When Managed Payments is enabled, the Stripe entity identified at checkout is the merchant of record and handles payment, applicable tax and Link payment support. CyCast is produced by centram. Access is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. Before checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of any digital-content withdrawal right where applicable law permits it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The accepted terms version and consent time are recorded.
Refunds and use
See the Refund policy and EULA. Any mandatory legal right or remedy takes priority over these terms. Account deletion stops renewal and removes the account's licence access; financial records are kept as described in Privacy.
